I have a commercial deal in the San Antonio Area that has 8 units and an Enterprise Rent A Car. We are looking for investors that would like to make 7% on return on their money. The property has an NOI of 136K per year. We have all the contracts and lease agreements for the units as well as Enterprise Rent a Car. The Enterprise Rent a Car is on the frontage rd of IH 35.
