Good nationwide lender for refinance?

Hello BP Investors!

I am looking for some recommendations for nationwide (or TX, CO, OH specific) lenders I can use to refinance my rental properties post-rehab. In previous posts, I see that people highly recommend credit unions to refi out of a project, however what about investors who buy in multiple states/cities? Although possible, it would be difficult for me to fly to these different markets and build a relationship with a different credit union in each city I purchase in. I would love to hear some feedback from anyone who has a lender they use for multiple markets. Thanks in advance!
