Miami Investor

I have a client looking to invest in Miami. He is looking for something to flip, or fix and rent, $20-$70K range. I usually work with a group in Jacksonville, that gives out a 1K ref. fee, but they don't have anything at the moment. I'd love to collect a ref. check, but even more than that I want to give this buyer a good experience, and at the moment I'm not getting this done.

If you are an agent in Miami, that thinks you can find something for him--I'd love to pass him along while the iron is hot. Thanks.
