Nashville SFR For Sale

I am looking to sell one of the homes out of my portfolio. We are moving out of the area and investing in Sumner County right now. Same tenant has been in the home for 3 years. Rent is below market for the area. Development is starting to happen in the area. I am licensed but I am offering it up for sale on here before I list it on the MLS. Home is livable with copper/cpvc plumbing supply lines. Breakers, Central HVAC. Vinyl Siding. Cash buyers only.
