Great opportunity to buy and hold 3-unit property in Mass.  Property consists of 2-family and renovated 1-unit barn.  Good tenants (always pay on-time).  2 section 8 tenants (means property has been inspected and meets all codes).  All have had leases.  One lease ended in February, another lease is up in November/December and the third lease is up around January/February.  Property in good condition.  There is 2-vehicle carport and 5-7 parking spaces in addition (non-marked).  Rear deck off barn over looks yard and pond behind yard.  Good income stream.  For those who are interested, please contact me for more information.  Including photos.
