Members ask us to moderate the Marketplace and screen deals. That is simply not practical. I am personally reluctant to bash anyone's deal, as value is subjective. However in this case I think this ad is clearly over the top and quite misleading. 

First of all the property is NOT in Union Square it is in Franklin Square. Also no property has sold for more than $100K in Franklin Square in the last 500 days. The median price in that time is $14,500. What makes you think that with full renovation it would sell for $199,000?
