I'm willing to work with an investor to pay 10% on the 200,000 at the close of sale of our property. Sale and completion of transaction will occur 12-18 months.

-Background

I'm trying to buy a property for Ag Business/Development and need a down payment of 200000. (No disclosure required for discussion)

This is a very very good investment but don't have the cash down to get it started. The payments are not a problem it is just the initial down-payment.

-Financial Background

My home is valued at 600k and I owe 499,000.

We are under construction of a new home and keeping the existing structure as a rental.

Once completed the broker appraised the sale price at 1.1million.

===We could sell at 1,000,000 (Pocket 350,000)

===We could rent and get at least 5000 a month (Mortgage is 2500) 2500 Income a month

Because we are under construction we do not Qualify for a equity loan on what the value will be when complete.
