Cash Flow Day 1 @ $895 a Month-Home Rented Before Rehab was Done!

Retail ready renovation that includes refinished hardwood floors, custom built counter tops, ceramic tile, vinyl plank flooring in high traffic areas, new roof, new H2O and much more! Sorry about the crummy quality of the photos, but we had a tenant moving in as my crew was finishing up the rehab. Normally we like to provide high res, wide angle lens photos. Tenant is paying $895 a month on a 18 month lease.

Yearly Taxes: $914 (Property taxes super cheap in LR)

Estimated Yearly Insurance: $500 (We were quoted $483)

8% Monthly Property Mgmt: $72
