Hi,

I am looking for investors who are able to purchase very high-end fixers in the best and most expensive areas of King County. In fact, I am looking at a specific deal right now that could prove massively profitable. Asking $1.1M with ARV at $1.95M. There was also a $1.3M one that is worth +$2M but it's gone pending already :(

Worried that these properties take longer to sell?  Well, empirical data suggests otherwise.  Happy to share.
