New to Bigger Pockets Lookig to build a cash buyers list

Hello, my name is Dan Wilson. I’ve been on Bigger Pockets for a short while. Been watching and learning. We are new to investing and looking to start Wholesaling and Fix and Flipping. I have been building my realtor and title company list (being a retired registered surveyor helped with this). After receiving a few leads, we are needing to start our cash buyers list. We are located in central Florida (Daytona to St. Petersburg and anything in between).
