My partner Manny Romero and I bought this mid-century ranch in Fox Point, Wisconsin from a wholesaler in January. We spent $100,000 on the rehab and sold the property before it ever hit the MLS for $5,000 over our list price.

I produced this video to show how we went through the process and made design and finish decisions based on buyer demand in the area.
