For the past 11 years, Aaron Merriman and Aaron Lujan have been doing value-add real estate investing. We purchase residential property in Los Angeles and Orange County at a substantial discount to market, rehab the property, and then maximize rents. We have a buy and hold strategy.

To purchase property, we use investor capital. Our return model is simple; we pay our investors an annual rate of return ranging from 5.5% to 9% which is paid on a quarterly basis and there are no fees.

In 11 years of operating, we have never missed an interest payment and we have never lost money on a property.

Our investment is great for someone looking for consistent cash flow income.
