Any Off Market Apartments For Sale in Texas Triangle?

Please let me know if you are thinking of selling or know of any deals. Prefer 50-100 units, but will look at smaller or larger if the deal makes sense. Preferably DFW, Waco, Austin, San Antonio or East Texas.
