I have a Splash and Dash I am ready to start working on Near Boise Idaho. I am looking for somebody who is interested in funding the purchase and rehab. Close by June 15. Sold in 60 days after that.

I am flexible in terms.

The Deal:

3/2 1500 SF  Built 1979

$147K Purchase Price (+5K Assignment if you want it)

$11K Rehab      (Paint, Flooring, surface electrical, Touch up in Bathrooms, Clean up cabinets/New hardware, Minor Landscaping, Minor outside paint touchups)

I am most interested in someone funding the purchase and rehab, and we will split the profit. But again, I am flexible.
