I have a few projects lined up that I'm looking for funding partners on. We have several high dollar flips in the works. 

Ex: Purchase 300k, Rehab 100k, Profit 600k+. 

We have some lower end deals available as well. We are open to profit splits, private 1st position loans, and anything else that is mutually beneficial. If you'd like to discuss this or other options with us send me a PM.
