Crowdfund On Your Own Without The Need For Intermediary Platforms

After studying the crowdfunding industry for 4 or more years and following and participating in the industry closely we have come up with a solution suitable for the BiggerPockets crowd and others actively involved in raising money for their real estate projects.  Here is my original post on BiggerPockets on the subject from over 4 years ago:

Entrepreneur's Access To Capital Act - Much Has Changed In 4 Years

After attempting to use the platforms and other industry solutions for 2 or more years in the wake of The JOBS Act my partner and I became frustrated and decided to build the software the industry needs ourselves.  We searched high and low to find a solution to meet our needs as syndicators and developers and couldn't find one.  RealStarter is the result of several pivots and an arrival at a SaaS product built by investors and for investors.

We'll be launching our "Bronze" portion of our offering in May of 2016.  So what?  What does the software do for you?  It allows you to transform your existing website into your own crowdfunding platform to raise money for your own deals in a fashion you wish to do so without needing to get permission from platform intermediaries.

We have 4 pilot customers on-boarding in May and a backlog of around 15 more that we'll be helping afterwards.  The base software costs $99/month and we'll offer additional features later in 2016 to solve many other problems you'll have after you have the first world problem of having investors show up to your site and invest in your projects.

Interested?  Please email me and copy Claudia Moreno ([email protected]) so we can set up a time to discuss things in more detail.  I don't have slick marketing brochures built yet, but they'll be coming later this year.  Claudia will be working on this and can help to answer your questions as well.
