Able to expand. Seeking capital near MS.

I'm on my 4th flip and am ready to expand. Personel are in place and I just need capital at this point. 

I have 80k of my own money and 105k from a local bank as well. I can confidently do 6 flips at a time and each one typically costs 80k total. Thanks for your time.
