Seeking Private/Hard money for flips.

I'm on my 4th flip and am able to expand again. I'm located in Southern Mississippi(Biloxi). Every deal in my market costs around $80k total. 

I have the personel and ability to confidently do 6 simultaneously at this time. Thanks for your consideration.
