Seeking Accredited Investors interested in "limited partnership" / passive positions in Commercial Property (Apartment Complexes, Shopping Centers, Office Buildings, etc).

While I can't advertise specific returns here, I can say deals are all underwritten to Double Investor Money in 5 Years or Less.  The most recent was 8% Preferred Return / Double Money in 3 Years.
