Hello all: I am an agent, investor, and private money lender. I am NOT a mortgage company. I lend my personal funds for my personal benefit. I lend on properties in SW Florida under the following terms:
1. 1st lien position only.
2. Cash out refis of 70% or purchase money of 65% of contract price.
3. One year terms. 12% plus 4 points. Interest only. No prepayment penalty.
4. No owner occupied properties. Properties must be held in an entity.
