Seeking Private Lender to work with in Virginia and Top Markets

I'm currently seeking an experienced private lender or group to work with that can fund residential deals for investors that I know and can bring in. I'm based out of Richmond VA and have a background in marketing (lead generation) with a website prepped and ready to go. I've also passed the NMLS test but haven't applied for any states yet. Ideally we can work together on loans and build a business relationship for further projects. Contact me via email. YOU: 

-Must be able to provide loans in in Virginia 
-Provide Loans to Fix and Flippers as well as Buy and Holds
-75% LTV or higher

(*Not Required but Preferred) Provide loans in TX, FL, CA, VA, MD,NY, NJ and/or others

(*Not Required but Preferred) Diverse strategies of investment

There are 2 main areas where I can bring value/leads:

1) Virginia Markets  
-Richmond
-Hampton Roads
-Northern VA
-Others

2) Online marketing 
-Search Engine Optimization (nationwide)
