Any buyers in Missouri near the Lake of the Ozarks area that want to JV? I mailed out a direct market campaign and received a call back from a seller in California. He has a property in Memphis local to where I am but isn't looking to sell that one at the moment, however he does have two undeveloped lots in Missouri that he'd be willing to sell.
