Are Pet Odors Making it Hard to Rent Your Units

Pet odors can be some of the most offending smells anywhere. This is caused by the residual proteins that are left in the carpet when a pet goes there. Over time the smell can diminish, but It does not always mean that the problem is fixed. As urine damage ages the acidic urine that was originally deposited on the carpet transforms into a salt. All it takes to bring the smell back is a bit of moisture on the carpet to reactivate the salts.

When we inspect we can show you where the issue is concentrated and then recommend the best treatment. If your units have pets in them that are causing damage, give us a call for specialty cleaning and enzyme treatments to reduce and remove the odors so that you can rent out your unit again.
