Smaller 2 bedroom single family home on corner lot.  Has a 2 car garage.  Some updates I've made:

  • Put a new steel service door on the garage.
  • Put a new overhead door on the garage, new springs, etc.
  • Put a new opener in the garage.
  • New flooring in the sun room, back hallway, and basement stairs.
  • New ceramic tile shower surround.
  • Fresh paint in one of the bedrooms.
  • Foundation repaired on all 4 walls using engineering company and foundation repair company, permitted and approved by the City of Milwaukee inspector.  Warranty from the foundation company transfers to new owner.  I can also provide the engineering report and drawings to the new owner.

There are hardwood floors in the living room and bedrooms.  The home was built in 1950 and in a C class area.  There is no central air.  The exterior is partially brick and partially vinyl siding.  The windows are older.

Currently occupied by my contractor but he would like to stay on at $700/mo; it could potentially rent for $700-$750/mo.

PM me or post on this thread for more info.

Some pictures -- note I am not the best at taking pictures.  I'll try to get more if these are not good enough.
