I'm selling 4, single-family homes in Harrisburg as a package that are fully rented with long-term tenants. All four homes have new windows, heating systems, plumbing, baths, kitchens, water heaters, electrical, and two have new roofs. They've all been completely remodeled since 2008. Really nice houses with nice tenants.

Appraised at $153,000 only 6 months ago (appraisal on file).
