Investors Seeking 150+ Multifamily Units in CALIFORNIA & TEXAS

We have investor buyers seeking Multifamily properties with the following criteria;

  1. Must be Off Market
    1. You must be the owner or direct seller's rep/broker - Please do not contact us if are not the owner/seller or direct to the seller/owner
  2. Property Type = Multifamily Apartment
  3. Locations & Number of Units
    1. Southern California ( 150+ units , the bigger the better )
    2. Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas ( 100+ units  )
    3. Southern Florida ( 100+ units )
    4. Southern New Jersey ( 100+ units  )
  4. Must have Value Add Potential
  5. Must have above average ongoing cap rate for the market
  6. Price Range
    1.  Southern California ( Up to $121M )
    2. Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas (up to $30M )
    3. Southern Florida ( up to $15M )
    4. Southern New Jersey ( up to $10M )
  7. Property & Neighborhood Class = A or B or C
  8. Year built = 1984 or later
