Looking for wholesale deal near Nashville

I'm looking for a SFR to flip OR BRRRR that is under $175,000. I am interested in duplexes as well to rehab/rent/refinance. My area of choice is Davidson County (White Bridge Rd./Knob Rd , Bellevue, Charlotte Park, , Woodbine, Donelson, Madison, Inglewood, Bordeaux). I realize its pretty competitive in all these areas that are closer to downtown, so I'm definitely willing to look a little further out for a good deal (Mt. Juliet, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Clarksville, Murfreesboro). Let me know!

THANK YOU,

Heather
