Looking to sell my property that I have in Reisterstown , MD with a tenant who is paying monthly about 1627 a month Section 8. Has been my tenant for over 5 years now and is going to continue to stay based on previous conversation. 

house was remodeled in 2010 before they moved in. 

Willing to negotiate.
