I am Douglas Duncan. I am multifamily apartment building investor in Georgia. I am seeking a serious minded Joint Venture/Partnership in buying and holding multifamily apartment buildings throughout this country.

I have all types of banking resources in my possession. To elevate and close multifamily apartment building deals, I need to secure a private male or female loan investor(s) or an entrepreneur with cash or business owner with cash or a venture capital group with cash for down payments, security deposits, appraisals, building inspections, rehabbing if needed, and closing cost.

Finally, I am seeking non-recourse loans ranging from $1.5 million up to $20,000,000 at 3% or 4% fix interest rate mortgage, amortize for 30 years with no pre-paid penalty.
