LOOKING FOR 4 PLEX IN CHICAGO

Hello BP new member who is now on the hunt for my second property. I am currently looking for a Multi Family property in Chicago. I prefer a 4-Plex on Chicago's west side but east of the metro tracks and north of Grand because it is what I am most familiar with (Avondale, Logan Square, Humboldt Park, Albany Park). I am open to other things as long as it is a deal and in B and C areas. Looking to spend 400k or less but it all depends on the deal. I do not mind a project but am not interested in properties with structural issues. I welcome any wholesalers who have these types of deals. Only interested in off market properties. I am not finding much on the MLS currently but will be in Chicago this week checking out some properties so shoot me your listings. Thank you so much.
