Hello Everyone, 

I am a 17 year veteran of house flipping and I've been in Real Estate Cahslfow investing for over 30 years due to my mother being in property management for the single biggest cashflow investor in California since I was 11 years old. I also had a chance in life to be a Union Framer for 5 years in my 20's which just cemented my career of property management, investing and construction. I love what I do and I like to think of myself as a lucky guy who runs with all the right people and knows the bigger players in my market place SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA.

Mainly I'm always looking for deals and I can wholesale anything out to friends and my network when I decide to pass on a deal.
