We are a contracted buyers reps. That means we're direct and speak for our buyers.

We are looking for:

1. Large nationwide REO packages in the $.40-$.53 range.

2. High balance ($10m or higher) performing commercial notes with after discount coupon of 8.5% or better.

3. Non performing residential notes of all kinds. In the $.30-$.45 range.

As you would expect, I'm not interested in working through layers of brokers. I have to be able to verify the product is real, and we must be able to deal directly with the seller. The absolute most my buyers will pay in fees is 1%, which will be split among the parties. So please don't quote me x +3.

We will not provide an upfront LOI or POF, so don't ask. In the real world it doesn't work that way.
