Property for sale in Tawas City, Michigan

Hello BP, we are looking for realtor or investors who are working in this area. We had a realtor from Detroit which is about 150 miles from the property working for us. She had sold homes in our area and was recommended as good as many people from the southern part of Michigan look for vacation homes in the northern part of Michigan so we went with her. She was with Coldwell Bankers and then moved to Sotheby’s during our time with her. In the three years we have been with her, she brought not one single person for a showing. We are no longer with her. Our goal is to get it on the market soon as people start looking for homes more in the Spring. Our financial planner suggested offering a signing bonus to the person who actually sells the property – not the realty company – the actual person who sells it over and above their commission. We are considering this depending on what kind of price comes back to us from the appraiser.. Please help if you have any suggestions, or if you are interested in this kind of investment. Thank you!!!
