I just rented this recently renovated house to a nice couple. Rents are 745 1 year

contract. I am asking 36,000. I don't want to bother the tenants so only a home inspection is allowed.

Recently Remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath available. Includes stainless steel appliances new hot water heater. New flooring and paint through out. Has a big yard and full sized basement.
