REI/agent/Struc Engineer seeking private lender or JV Partner

Hello everyone,

Just want to quickly introduce myself and say that I'm a new member to bigger pockets. I am currently a full time investor, a real estate agent and a structural engineer with 6 years experience. My primary field of interest at the moment is focusing on large additions or large flips in Austin, Texas. I have partnered up with Apex Group with 11 years of contracting experience. I'm currently seeking funding for my projects that I come across frequently. I'm looking for private lenders to fund the purchase price of the property, construction cost and also a gap funder to make the interest payments on the loan.
