Hi All - 

I'm a Real Estate Agent and Investor in Philadelphia. I'm working with a group of investors (myself included) that are looking for some great investment deals. The deals not listed on the MLS. If you are a Wholesaler I invite you to send me your available deals for me to present to the group. We are serious investors interested in properties for flipping & buy and hold. Will consider all of Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Nothing is off limits. Looking to purchase immediately.
