Job Description:

Design architectural renderings for high-end residential homes. Very unique opportunity to see your designs come to life from conception to architectural plan completion and throughout the entire construction process.

Job Requirements:

-Freelance/ Temp to hire with possible full time employment

-Design and execute 2D and 3D renderings of high-end residential homes

-Must be proficient in Photoshop, AutoCAD and Sketch up

-Must have the ability to read architectural plans

-Communication skills a must

-Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Excel and Word is a must

-Minimum 2 years’ college experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred

-Knowledge/ background in construction is a plus

-Knowledge of expediting permits is a plus

-Must have means of transportation

-Must have a laptop & cell phone
