Looking for a Chicago Investor that Takes over Mortgages

I have a owner that is about $5k behind on his mortgage and is interested in having somebody take over his mortgage.  He is about 45 minutes outside of Chicago (city) in Lockport. His note is $1023 and includes taxes/insurance and still owes about $111k on the mortgage. If your interested in learning more and can partner or assist with this, message me.
