Doing a Flip? Let me be your Personal Assistant DFW, TX

Hi BP investors,

I'm a new investor who is curious to learn what goes into a flip from beginning to end.

I'm looking for a investor who currently has flip deal and would allow me to shadow them and learn from them.

In return I will offer then administrative/personal assistance services or help to lighten your load,

I can file paper, run errands, clean your car, help organize your calendar, answer phone calls, pick up your dry cleaning, etc... 

Being an investor requires a lot of little logical tasks, some important and some not so much. Your job will be better spent on things that makes you the most money.
