Wanted large multi units in Florida near the beach and California

Wanted large multi units in Florida near the beach   But that's not a deal killer .,and California must be off the market and you must be either the seller or the direct seller rep.  In Florida I wanted a large 500+ multi unit with a 7% cap rate and no limit with the price .
