We are in need of some more rehab contractors and trades to try out on jobs. If it's a fit we will look forward to building a long term relationship. Our team completes 6-8 rehabs per month. We need everything from the full "GC" style contractor down to dry wall and painting specialists.

We only work with reliable proven contractors. We pay on time and do what we say we will do, we expect the same from our partners.
