Home is a shell needs to be completely re-modeled homes in the area sell anywhere between 50-60K. For the right investor it will created instant cash flow once home is re-modeled. Up and coming town near Lubbock, Texas they are building everywhere so take advantage while price is low.

@Charles Tumblin

I realize that you are new to the site but BP is a very knowledgeable group of investors and a lot of us have MLS access. This property has been on the market for a year for $5000 and I actually viewed the property several months ago as I do some flips in the Lubbock area. My recollection is the property is in the process of being condemned by the city. No way is the ARV $50-60K. Most houses in the area are less than 20K if they are in decent to good condition
