Rehab Funding Specialist

Being in the Real Estate Industry since 2001 and coming back to the industry early last year we are looking to expand. We are looking to take on Rehab Funding Specialist to find investors who have rehabs that need funding. Get paid initially for 3% for a funded rehab goes up to 5% after your first successful rehab funded deal.

No Experience Necessary/Experience in Funding and Finance a Plus
Must have:

• Marketing Knowledge Expertise
• Good With Numbers
• Good Communication Skills
• People Person

You can get paid per lead or per successful closed transaction.
$5 Per Organic Lead
or initial 3% to 5% of a Successful Closed Transaction (Referral Fee)
