Need Private Money/Partner to fund the purchase of RE Tax liens
Need financial partner to join my Team for the purchase of very lucrative, hand picked RE Tax liens. My County allows me to 1).select the liens I wish to purchase, 2). pay for the total amount due plus costs 3). Give them to the Sheriff to prepare for the sale(auction 4)bid at least that amount at the auction. 5). If I'm the successful bidder I pay the remaining amount due if any, if not the amount paid to the Tax Commissioner for that/those tax liens is refunded. 6). I get the tax deed which is subject to the former owner's 1 year right of redemption. This system allows us time to research our properties thoroughly before the Auction to make sure each property fits our model.

My back ground consists of over 40 years as a successful Real Estate broker, appraiser, Site location specialist(Burger king, Sea Host Restaurants, EconoTravel motels and White Trucking Co.) and RE Investor.
