Professional Graphic Design Work Needed

Reason for the work: I am a realtor working in Chicago,IL and I do rentals to help fill in the space between deals. 

Need to design a watermark to use with the higher quality pictures for my ads so that others can't pull them off of my ads and use them. 

I also want to start branding myself so a logo on my pictures will also help set myself apart since most don't use a water mark and if they do it's just the comapny that they work for.

Already have a couple of ideals that i can throw out there to help speed up the process.
