Looking for Mentor in Washington state (possible military)

Hello all,

My wife and I are looking for someone in Washington State that would like to help out a military family with both buy and hold strategy as well as flipping.  We would be very indebted to your help and maybe we could do some deals together in the future.  Also, I am active duty military so if you have a military background that would also be beneficial.
