Wholesale Property-Fixer Upper...Easy$$$ (Portland-Oregon)
Off market inventory is TIGHT and we happen to have one too many properties at the moment...convince me to unload this project vs rehabbing it ourselves. Needs around 50-70k pending ones rehab style, comps are showing 315-345k...leaving 40-60k in potential profits (pending Cash or Hard $, used to fund).
