Chicago Area Experts to Speak to my Group - Fox Valley Investors

Hi All,

I'm looking for crowd friendly folks who are interested in coming out to talk to my Fox Valley Investor Group.  I am a licensed broker and have built my group from the ground up starting last June, to be one of the largest and most active groups in the western Chicago suburbs.  The January 7th event included a before/after flip, highlighting the pitfalls of missing deadlines,  shoddy craftsmanship, and not including enough padding in the numbers to cover the "uh-oh" factors.  Our next session is Jan 14th to cover the topic of financing a flip with Midwest Corporate Credit.  

I'm looking for pro's who would like to present on their preferred specialty:  wholesaling, single family, multi-units, partnerships, flipping, notes, auctions, etc and offer a Q&A for the newbie level and connect/network with local peers.  The meetups usually run about 30 minutes, with questions afterwards and informal networking throughout.  We do photograph and videotape each speaker, with the intent to stream live.   I've had tremendous success with this "boots on the ground" approach, with more and more members joining each week.
