Triplex in North Chattanooga

Property is in a very hot area in Chattanooga called North Chattanooga.

It has always been 100% occupied.  We haven't leased the other 2 units because of the sale.

The 2 bedroom units at the top of the hill are renovated and rent for $1400 a month
