I am a wholesaler, and I am looking for cash buyers who buy houses in North Baltimore, Ohio (Wood County). I have a property I am wholesaling in this city. It is in VERY good condition. 3br./3ba. home w/ over 2,300 sq. ft. Has a finished basement. Homes should rent for around $1,000/mo. I am asking only 50k cash. Homes in the area are going WAY higher than this (mid-120s). Sorry, no wholesalers, cash buyers only. Must be able to close asap.
